‘Share with God’s people who are in need…’

(Romans 12:13 NIV)

My Story

Turn the Tides originated from my own need to de-stress and stay connected and fulfilled in life. This energy and passion have now evolved into a community service-based business. I am dedicated to facilitating Gods healing power and love in an array of health and wellness services as a professional caregiver and educator.

The roles as a wife (collective of 30yr) now divorcee, mother, grandmother, godmother, volunteer in community, licensed Registered Nurse (since 1996), community servant-church member, yoga teacher (2017) and mental health coach (2023), has assisted me in overcoming my own difficulties, and now allows me the ability to offer these practices to others that are willing and seeking to de-stress too.

I had been into fitness and athletics my entire youth, that then carried health and wellness into my adulthood as a professional caregiver/RN. Finding my way from there into alternative medicine and healing arts, in 2003 for extended self-care in an urgent and massive way.

I had my own major 'shift' of life when I was diagnosed with life threatening health issues in my early 30’s. This dramatic need for attention towards my personal health sent me seeking all genres of healing practices across the USA, leading me to where I am now.

Now ‘turning the tides’ and shifting the ‘ebb and flow’ of peace and purpose through somatic-science-soul purpose, as maintain and prevent stress factors through self-care practices.

In my life experiences I have also had the pleasure of working with animals in professional and healing arts practices (small and large animals), domestic and wild. Privately with rescue and rehab organizations to expand the compassionate, humane efforts of care.
